Where are you located?
I am a cottage food kitchen located in Tallahassee, Florida.
What do your custom cookies cost?
Custom cookies start at $60.00 per dozen for regular size cookies (approximately 3-4 inches) and can go up to $75.00 per dozen depending on design details and skill level involved to complete your vision.
Custom cookies are $36.00 per dozen for mini cookies (approximately 2 inches).
Hand painted custom cookies start at $65.00 per dozen for regular size cookies (approximately 3-4 inches) and can go up to $80.00 per dozen depending on design details and the number of colors required for your paint pallet.
Hand painted custom cookies are $40.00 per dozen for mini cookies (approximately 2 inches). Maximum number of colors for your paint pallet is six.
What is the minimum order requirement?
For custom cookies, I require a minimum order of 2 dozen cookies for both regular size and mini size cookies.
How many Designs & Shapes are offered in a custom set ?
When placing a custom order, the maximum number of shapes/designs offered will be four. If you are placing a custom order over the two dozen minimum the maximum number of shapes/designs offered will be six. Custom cookies can only be ordered by the dozen after the minimum order has been met.
Availability ?
My custom cookie calendar operates on a quarterly schedule. Availability is limited for custom orders during the major cookie holidays, which include Easter, Fourth of July, Back to School, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. It’s never too early to submit an inquiry, my custom cookie calendar fills quickly. Availability is based on a first come first serve basis.
How do I place a custom cookie inquiry for a personalized quote and place an order ?
To receive a personalized quote, please submit your inquiry to Anna@gracibbakes.com . Please include theme, quantity, date of event and your preferred method of contact. Characters, Logos, Graduation Themes ?
I do not offer character cookies, logo cookies or graduation themed cookies.
Inspiration Photos ?
Yes !! I love for you to send me inspiration photos. It helps me see your vision and whether or not my skill level will allow me to translate that to cookies. Please understand I will not replicate another cookie artists’ work.
Where do I pick-up my custom cookies?
When placing a custom order, we will determine a central location for cookie pick-up that’s convenient for both of us. Pick-up is available Monday thru Friday only.
What is the minimum order requirement for Holiday Events ?
During holiday pre-sales, cookies are available for pre-order and there will be no minimum order requirement for holiday pre-sales.
Where do I pick up my Holiday Cookies ?
During holiday pre-sales the pickup time and location will be the same as the Pop Up Shop event pick-up time and location.
How and when do I pay for my order?
For custom orders, payment is due in full when you place your order. For holiday pre-sales payment is due when you place your order. For Pop Up Shop events payment is due when checking out at the Pop Up Shop.
Do your cookies contain nuts or nut products?
My standard practice is to use an almond bakery emulsion in my cookies. For custom orders only, I will substitute using vanilla extract. No other flavor will be used to substitute. This request has to be made when placing your custom order. They will, however, be made using equipment that has previously come in contact with nut products.
Do you ship your cookies?
Unfortunately, I am not able to ship at this time.
